Kaelis — Premium subscription services
These Subscription Terms serve as the official binding rules for all users who purchase and activate premium subscription services within the Kaelis application.
By purchasing and using the subscription service, users fully recognize and accept all the terms and rules stipulated in this agreement.
Kaelis offers time-limited premium subscription membership services for ordinary users, covering multiple subscription cycles to meet different user usage needs.
All coin settlement, subscription benefit activation and functional permission verification services are independently developed and operated by our official team through our exclusive self-developed service system and local device verification, with no participation, assistance or authorization of any third-party institutions or service platforms.
Kaelis supports multiple mainstream subscription cycle options, including monthly, quarterly and annual subscription.
This application adopts a device-based privilege activation mechanism. Since no account login is required, the subscription privilege is bound to the user’s current device. The subscription service is only applicable to the Kaelis application on the activated device, and users cannot transfer, resell or migrate the subscription privilege to other devices or third-party users in any form.
All subscription payments for Kaelis are completed through the official in-app purchase channel of Apple App Store, which fully complies with Apple’s in-app purchase specifications and industry standard rules.
Our team will not operate or modify the user’s subscription renewal status in any way.
The premium subscription privilege of Kaelis is only used for the user’s personal non-commercial use. Users are prohibited from using the subscription advanced functions for commercial profit, illegal creation, infringing production and other improper behaviors.
Once unauthorized commercial use or illegal use is found, we reserve the right to terminate the user’s subscription service qualification without refund.
All subscription privileges are limited to the functional scope explicitly displayed in the application. No additional implicit functions or subsequent updated new functions are guaranteed to be included in the current subscription package. Product function iteration and optimization will not affect the valid subscription rights and interests of existing users.
In accordance with the official rules of Apple App Store, all in-app subscription payments are processed uniformly by Apple’s official payment system. Our team does not have the authority to directly process refunds for user subscription orders.
The purchase and use of Kaelis subscription services will not collect any irrelevant personal information of users. All subscription verification data is only used for local privilege identification and official service verification, and will not be shared, sold or disclosed to any third-party individuals or institutions.
The user’s payment information is uniformly managed and protected by Apple’s official system, and our team cannot obtain any user payment privacy data.
We will regularly maintain and optimize the subscription service system, fix potential functional bugs, and upgrade advanced privileged functions appropriately.
